With over 6 years’ experience in property management and running a large portfolio, Leisha has adapted the invaluable skill set to provide our smaller portfolio with second to none customer service and organisation. Introducing new systems and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of our business on an overall basis, whether it be maintenance requests/issues, rent reviews, lease renewals, routine inspections, tenant processing and checks, Leisha has outstanding systems set up to ensure the highest level of service will always be kept because our platform for maintaining this vital part of the business is imperative.

Leisha combines a genuine enthusiasm for real estate with a sincere desire to provide clients with the very best care and attention. Her passion, dedication and motivation shine through every interaction. Leisha achieves enormous satisfaction from ensuring her clients receive a personal and ultimately rewarding real estate experience.

Shae first started her career in Real Estate in 2004. Since then she has developed an extensive knowledge of the industry and a strong passion for Property Management. Her approachability, professionalism and passion for excellence are characteristics that have followed Shae through-out her working career.
